I specialize in working with perinatal women and families. The period of matrescence, when a woman transitions into motherhood, can be a pivotal time in one's life. Motherhood and family life come filled with both incredible joys and tremendous difficulties. Navigating these times of transition with hope, trust, confidence, grace and a regulated nervous system can be a life changing pursuit, and one that all women, mothers and families deserve. Parenting is not without its challenges at any age, but it is possible to foster more peaceful, effective, and joyful family dynamics with the proper support.

I employ a variety of therapeutic tools to guide clients to a place of thriving in their lives and reaching personal goals using a holistic framework. I also specialize in supporting families of children with disabilities.
